What a great service! I filled out the online form and within a few hours my bikes were picked up and headed into the shop. A day later Sean and his techs transformed my mess of a bike into a smooth, quick shifting, super clean bike. He made some suggestions to improve the ride and when there was a miscommunication between the tech and his accountant, he took care of promptly and with empathy. A pleasure to work with. I had a really positive experience with Sean and Kelsey of Bike Tech. Its next to impossible to find a bike shop that can service a bike under a weeks time with it being summer season, Sean was able to complete the service within 2 days. Their price is notably higher than most bike shops but their pick up/drop off model is unique and very convenient. The shifting wasnt 100% after the full service and Kelsey was able to come out on site to adjust it very quickly after I brought it up. I unfortunately fell off the bike several days after the servicing and Sean came out a 3rd time to fix the hanger and shifting. I was prepared to pay for his time but he waived the cost. I really appreciated this kind gesture, he couldve charged me and I wouldve completely understand. If you need your bike service within 2 days, Bike Tech is the shop. Thanks Sean!

A really great company! I sent in a booking request in the evening and received a call from them minutes later. My bike was picked up the next day at noon, serviced, and dropped off at 6 PM the same day. The prices are very reasonable. As a first time bike owner, Kelsey recommendations were a life saver. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for professional, affordable, quick services!

Sean was at my house within an hour of requesting a tune up and had my bike back to me within 24 hours. Fair pricing and great service.

Really impressed by this service. Was able to book an appointment the day after my email. Most repair shops have massive wait lists. They came to my home, picked up two bikes and brought them back a few hours later. I had initially booked one of my bikes in for a full service, got a text saying that the full service wasnt necessary and just needed a basic tuneup. Very impressed with the honesty and integrity. 10/10 will come back.

I originally ordered a full service on a road bike i had just bought second hand. After the bike tech took a look at my bike he let me know it just needed a basic safety check and a few tweaks. He was honest and did a great job cleaning up my bike and fixing a couple little things.

I really recommend this service especially during the current social distancing. They sent someone to my house to pick up the bike and dropped it off before the end of the day. They say usually 24 to 48 hours for services. It was very professional and well done.

Payment was easy and very reasonable prices. They simply sent a payment link to my email and just payed online. No need for physical contact and the bike looks great.

I had a bike serviced by Bike Tech, they came and picked up the bike and dropped it off when it was done.

Really pleasant to deal with and even stopped by again when I asked for help raising my handlebar.

Kelsey was so awesome! I was surprised to get such fast service during this quarantine. Most bike mechanics were too busy or were not taking new clients at this time. Kelsey came right to my door with her nifty little car filled with handy tools, on the same day I inquired, performed a safety check and tube replacement and other fabulous things on the spot. My bike is ready to go! Superb service and friendly interaction; she gave me tips too. I will bring back my bike at the beginning of the next season for a tuneup for sure. After being turned down by all lowermainland bike shops I was stressed. I had bought a bike off craigslist for my wife. The crank was an older square taper style that needed to be swapped with a newer hollow style. The arms were stripped and could not be re-tapped . And could not find the same style anywhere that could deliver this style of crank. Hence the swap.

A friend of mine suggested bike tech. I sent them a message with in a few min I had the tech call me to set up the appt. they had made it same day with in 4 hours of calling them. When every LBS told me they could not even get me in for an appt with In 3 weeks other places said if i did not buy my bike there they would not fix it.

Less than 24 hours they had my bike fixed and ready to ride. 100% satisfaction rate they are a little more expensive then the local bike shop but they come to you and fix it right in front of you. Unless they need to take it to there shop( witch was my case) just cause the tech was un able to break the deal on the crank.

I will only be using bike tech from now on.

All others I checked out had a 3-4 week wait for a tune up. Will definitely call them again for servicing on our other family bikes and will recommend to others!

First of all, I can't even begin to describe my positive experience when it comes to their customer service and level of communication.

I was riding my bike towards the end of the day on a Tuesday when the cable in my shifter broke and this prevented me from changing gears. Luckily, I was close to home and had to do the walk of shame for the remainder of my ride.

With a quick search, I found Bike Tech CMS and sent them a quick inquiry. Minutes later, I received a message from Kelsey offering me on-site service the next day if it's a quick fix.

Upon further assessment, my bike needed to be picked up at noon and serviced at their workshop. Throughout the afternoon and early evening, Kelsey constantly sent me updates on the task at hand. This included removing/replacing a seized cable stop in order to replace the cables that are internally routed inside the bike frame.

Hours later, my bike was fixed, dropped off the same evening on a Wednesday and was ready to be ridden the next day. I was really impressed by their fast and professional bike service, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic when it's impossible to book a service with less than 2-3 weeks of wait. It was fairly priced too, considering that old cables & parts needed to be replaced with new ones and they were able to complete a job that I wouldn't be able to do myself in less than 24 hrs.
